Cobalt begins construction of Mission Gorge, 444 luxury apartments in San Diego, California. The project features 7 stunning courtyards, 2 pools and spas, a gym and game room. An environmentally conscientious project, it will be partially powered by a 900,000 kWh solar array on the roof of the parking garage. The development is a partnership between Behringer Havard and KNR Mission Gorge LLC. The project will be completed by January 2016.
