Overview
El Dorado is a three story apartment complex over a one story subterranean parking garage, located in the San Fernando Valley.  El Dorado includes 60 apartment units, ranging from one to three bedrooms.  Constructed within are a tot lot and a community room for the residents. The El Dorado Family Apartments was financed in part by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles and had a residential prevailing wage requirement. Cobalt Construction is very familiar with the requirements of the Community Redevelopment Agency and has been successful in enacting and delivering compliance on every CRA project they have been involved with.
