Located at the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Wilson Avenue in the city of Glendale, Los Angeles County, California. The project is comprised of 164 residential units and a CVS Pharmacy that is approximately 15,100 sq. ft. The pharmacy will have 52 parking spaces on the ground level and offers a drive-thru prescription pickup and drop off lane. The residential units offer a wide range of life style floor plans ranging from 600 sq. ft. to 1,250 sq. ft. in a mix of studio, 1-bed/1-bath, and 2-bed/2-bath units. There are two levels of subterranean parking for residents, and the access to the parking garage is from Wilson Avenue. Although divided by an alley on the ground level, the resort style courtyard at the second level brings the residents from the eastern and western buildings together. A total of five levels of residential units interact with the urban fabric of the Downtown atmosphere or view down to the quiet and intimate atmosphere of the internal courtyard.
