Union Village, the six-story building is designed in the Spanish Revival style, with lush gardens, wrought-iron gates, and a red-tile roof. It spans across approximately 1.19 acres, and features 118 luxury apartments above 7,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a portion of which has been leased to Sierra Custom Kitchens. Each apartment comes equipped with oak-plank flooring, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The design of both the units and the common spaces are intended to be reminiscent of the 1920s, taking inspiration from the types of buildings that were common in Pasadena and Hollywood during that era.
