To become a prequalified subcontractor with Cobalt, please email purchasingdept@cobaltcc.com with the following attachments:

  1. Company resume 
  2. Copy of state contractor’s license (pocket) 
  3. Supplier references/letters of good standing and credit lines. 
  4. Completed project list for last five years with emphasis on multi-family. Please include: 
    • project name
    • location
    • General Contractor 
    • Owner
    • original contract value 
    • final contract value 
  5. Active project list with emphasis on multi-family. Please include: 
    • project name
    • location
    • General Contractor
    • Owner
    • original contract value
    • final contract value 

Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

Once Cobalt’s purchasing department receives this information and approves it for project experience, you will receive a Cobalt Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Package with questions regarding your insurance.
